Twilight, and sequels

by Stephanie Meyer

The first time I read the book, I felt it was pretty shallow.

But re-reading proved that opinions could change over time. It could hardly compare to the classics, but it is undeniably good for general public. It is something most ppl could comprehend so I guess it achieved the purpose of being read by as much ppl as possible.

The plot is fairly simple, but the character development was quite nice. Very repetative author, but the fourth book was decent. Overall a good time killer. Tho I suspect the subject of vampire was the main lure.
