Unexpected sad book. Very interesting work about a giagantic man who was imprisoned for murders that he did not commit. He was a healer, but slightly slow in mentality. Villians in the form of a smug but immature prison warden who got his position thru connections, and a young prisoner who commits crime purely because he could not care less. Writen in first person by the head of the wardens.
